Payments and invoices

Payment is processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe handles VAT, issues your receipt, and answers questions about the payment itself. If you need a copy of an invoice or a refund, write to us and we will point you to it.

Report a gallery

If you have come across a gallery that impersonates someone, asks for personal details, passwords or payment, or carries unlawful content - report it.

  • Send us the gallery link and, if you can, a screenshot.
  • We review every report, remove galleries that break the rules, and refund the host.

Fotkaj never asks guests for passwords, email addresses or card details. The gallery name and welcome message are written by the event host, not by us - if they look wrong, report them.
