What you are buying
One-time access to a single shared photo gallery for one event. The gallery accepts uploads for a set number of days from the event date, and then stays viewable and downloadable for the archive period.
Photo ownership
Photos belong to the people who took them and to the host of the gallery. We do not use them for anything else, publish them, or share them with third parties.
Host responsibility
The host is responsible for the content in their gallery - including the gallery name and the welcome message - and can delete any photo. Uploading unlawful content is prohibited.
Prohibited use
A gallery may not be used to impersonate a person, company or institution, to solicit passwords, personal details or payment from guests, or to carry unlawful or deceptive content. The gallery name and welcome message may not contain links or email addresses. We remove galleries that break these rules and refund the host.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Download and keep your own copy of the photos before the archive period ends.
Refunds
If the service did not work as described, write to [email protected] before your event and we will refund in full. Payment is processed by Stripe as merchant of record - Stripe handles VAT, issues your receipt, and answers payment-related questions.
