What we collect
From the host: the gallery name, the event date and an email address. From guests: a name they choose to enter (optional) and the photos they upload. There is no sign-up, no tracking cookies, and we never sell data to anyone.
Cookies
Only strictly necessary cookies: one remembers a guest within a single gallery, one remembers a host’s access to their dashboard, and one remembers the chosen language. No advertising cookies, and our analytics sets none at all.
Analytics and error reporting
On the public pages we run a self-hosted Umami - no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data. Inside a gallery or the host dashboard there is no analytics at all. Where error reporting (Sentry) is enabled, a report carries the page address and browser details; session replay is switched off.
Photos
Photos are stored on our servers and reachable only by people who have the gallery link. Galleries are never indexed by search engines. During processing we strip EXIF metadata, including GPS location.
How long we keep things
Photos are kept for the duration of the gallery plus the archive period stated on the pricing section. After that they are deleted automatically within a few days, together with guest names attached to the gallery. We retain a record of the order itself. A host can request earlier deletion at any time.
