Do we need a company account or a subscription?
No. You pay once per event by card and the receipt arrives by email. There is no subscription for anyone to remember to cancel.
Are the photos publicly visible?
No. The gallery never appears in search engines and only someone with the link, or who scans your code, can open it.
Can we use the photos for internal communications?
Yes. You download every photo in one ZIP, at the size it was sent, so they go straight into a newsletter, the intranet or a deck.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens a normal web page in their phone's browser. Nothing is installed and nobody signs up.
What if a guest doesn't want to give their name?
They can continue without one. Their photos are simply credited to "Guest".
When can I download the photos?
Right away, at any time. The dashboard has a button that downloads every photo in a single ZIP archive.
How long does the gallery stay open?
Guests can upload for 1 day after the event ends. After that the gallery stays viewable and downloadable for another 30 days.
Can I remove a photo I don't want?
Yes. You can delete any photo from the gallery in the dashboard.
Is the gallery public?
No. The link never appears in search engines and only people who scan your QR code can reach it.
