Can we use the photos to promote the next show?
You download every photo at the size it was sent, and each says who took it, so you know who to ask before you publish.
What if someone uploads something unrelated?
You delete it from the dashboard in two clicks, and it goes from the download archive too.
Can we put the gallery on a screen during the night?
Yes. It refreshes itself without reloading, so opening it on a screen in the foyer or backstage is enough.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens a normal web page in their phone's browser. Nothing is installed and nobody signs up.
What if a guest doesn't want to give their name?
They can continue without one. Their photos are simply credited to "Guest".
When can I download the photos?
Right away, at any time. The dashboard has a button that downloads every photo in a single ZIP archive.
How long does the gallery stay open?
Guests can upload for 1 day after the event ends. After that the gallery stays viewable and downloadable for another 30 days.
Can I remove a photo I don't want?
Yes. You can delete any photo from the gallery in the dashboard.
Is the gallery public?
No. The link never appears in search engines and only people who scan your QR code can reach it.
What kind of events is Fotkaj for?
